The costume features a shiny tattered blue layered skirt with a velvety red corset style bodice. The dress is women’s size medium, which fits US dress sizes 10-12 and the following measurements: bust 37-38.5, waist 29-30.5”, hips 39.5-41”. Made of 100% polyester. Dry clean only.
