• Our multi-color LED Light Up Lollipop Balloon Kit comes with a white handle is perfect for your party decorating needs!
• Our unique LED Lollipop Balloon can be used as table centerpieces, amazing decorations for New Year’s Eve, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16’s or Quincearera’s, Weddings, Birthdays, Proms or for your special occasions or holiday celebrations!
