Choc Chip Cookie Mix – Well & Good

Introduction

Cookie lovers will devour the Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookie Mix from Well and Good. It makes delicious chunky cookies that are crispy on the outside with an amazingly chewy center; perfect for a sweet snack any time of day.

Bake a batch of 12 regular-sized cookies in the oven or cook the dough in a pan and make one giant cookie.

Each box has one bag of cookie mix that includes choc chips.

Ingredients:Gluten Free Flour Blend (Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Sodium Bicarbonate, Vegetable Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides), Cellulose Powder), Sugar, Dark Compound Choc Chips (21.7%) (Sugar, Vegetable Fat, Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), Iodised Salt, Natural Vanilla Flavour.

May containmilk.

The chocolate used in this product is produced on an allergen free line in a facility that also processes products that contain peanuts and tree nuts.

Ingredients

• 400gChoc Chip Cookie Mix
• 25ml cold water
• 100g butter (room temperature)
• 1/4 cup choc chips, to garnish
• Chopped fruit, to garnish

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 175C (fan-forced 160C).
2. Combine the mix, water, and butter with clean hands to form a smooth dough.
3. Lightly grease a small skillet and then evenly press in the dough.
4. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Allow to cool slightly then garnish and serve while warm.
