Our Roberts – Baked Meringue Mix has been developed by us in Australia and is proudly manufactured here as well.
Just follow our easy recipe that only requires you to add Water.
We are most proud of our recipe that has been designed to enable the home baker to achieve a consistent, and quick result for piped and baked meringue kisses.
They baked kisses have a lovely subtle flavour and they melt in the mouth without any gritty aftertaste.
Just follow our mixing and bakinginstructionsto achieve a professional result.
The mix can also be flavoured and coloured.
You can make approximately 100 piped meringue kisses of 3 cm sizes (using various nozzles) with only 200g of our dry mix..
