The DRM18S active sub is great for both mobile and installed line array applications. It can be flown in an array with the DRM12A. Mackie designed the DRM18S to deliver sound typically found only in pro touring PA systems. In addition to a line array configuration, the DRM18S can be positioned on the ground with a DRM212, DRM215 or DRM315 mounted above with its built-in speaker pole socket.
