Here are a couple of hints on how to use our Glowing Balloons. Firstly; hold the top of the balloon, pull out the tab.
Second, use the measuring tape we include in the attractive retail ready packaging to measure your balloons to the maximum 11″ size and then press the button on the top of the balloon to turn the bright LED on or off Third; when deflating make sure to follow the directions on the packaging and use the included deflation stickers.
