Place 1kg Caramel Delite Cake Mix, 180g egg and 255ml of water into a mixing bowl. Blend together on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix togther on high speed for 2 minutes. Add 140g of vegetable oil while mixing on low speed until oil clears. Deposit as required.
For 8″ Round cake: Bake at 150-160 degrees for approx. 2hrs
For Cupcakes: Bake at 150-160 degrees for approx. 25-35 mins
