Whip n Ice is similar to mock cream and is easy to useas an icing for filling cakes, cupcakes, donuts and more!Its stiff peak consistency allows you to pipe designs such a rosettes without losing shape.

Whip n Ice is stored in the freezer but will remain a liquid

Directions:To use, deforst and simply whip in your mixer on medium speed until desired consistency.
To add colour or flavours simply mix through. Gel colours are recommended.

After being whipped, Whip n Ice can be kept out of the fridge for 5 to 6 days or stored in the fridge for up to 5 weeks. It is perfect for outdoor events.
