Filling is very simple:

• 1. Carefully pull the balloon apart from different sides.
• 2. Fill the balloon using an air pump or helium bottle and build up enough pressure so that the balloon stretches and forms round.
• 3. Gently pull out the pump or filling valve and press the balloon neck firmly together so that the air cannot escape.
• 4. Turn the balloon neck, at the end pointing to the balloon body, several times, and then tie the balloon neck.
